The warmup
A warm up of at least five minutes, with rotation exercises for the neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, torso,
hips and ankles, and 10 to 20 easy golf swings with two clubs should be enough to prevent mild injuries. These exercises are really the minimum required. For best results, invest 30 to 45 minutes of your time in stretching before every game. You’ll increase your agility and achieve greater flexibility, resulting in a superior swing and reduced risk of injury.
